Warning, this flip is hard and really dangerous, so practice this flip with other people around! Alright, lets start with teaching you the sideflip. First thing you wanna do, is rolling over your back sideways. You really want to do this for a few minutes to get the feeling of the sideflip! Next thing you wanna do is jump a little bit higher. So you can jump onto your back and land on your feet again Doing this, you’ll get the feeling of the sideflip even more! Next up, you wanna to the same thing as the previous step, only turn a quarter further. so you will land on your side. Just like Lars is doing. If you are afraid of getting hurt, you can always take a pillow for a soft landing. Or ask for help. To get the rolling feeling even more, you can make a pillow tower and rol over it! Next up, you are gonna land on your knees. Try to really use your arms! This will make you spin faster. Try punching them, like Merlyn is showing you. The last step is the sideflip.
